We take safeguarding online privacy seriously. Please read the whole of this statement carefully as it sets out what information we may collect from you, how we may use it and your rights in respect of our use and the key details of our privacy policy. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Also, your passport number and to be able to assist you the way possible, allergy information and the contact information of a relative in case of emergency.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

PROGRAM REVIEWS

Peru Volunteer Program Reviews were created to provide users with access to honest first hand experience(s) and information about the international programs found on Peru Volunteer.

If you voluntarily submit any Personal Information through a Program Review Form on our Site, the content of your review will be stored in our database, reviewed by our internal team, and publicly published. The content of the Public review (excluding your email address and surname) will also be stored in our database for the Provider to review in their Administrative Account. By voluntarily sending us a review, you willingly give Peru Volunteer consent to collect your Personal Information, publish it on our Site, and store it until we deem it is necessary to delete it. We will not share the Personal Information you submit through the Contact Us Form with any third parties or outside entities, unless you provide us with written consent via email to do so. If you wish to delete your Personal Information from our database or withdraw your consent, please contact info@peru-volunteer.com .

CONTACT US FORM

If you voluntarily submit any Personal Information through the Contact Us Form on our Site, the content of your inquiry will be shared with relevant Peru Volunteer team members directly, so they can follow up with you to provide detailed information and answer your questions. By filling out the contact form, you willingly give Peru Volunteer consent to collect your Personal Information and share it with our internal team. We will not share the Personal Information you submit through the Contact Us Form with any third parties or outside entities, unless you provide us with written consent via email to do so. The Personal Information you submit is not stored in our database.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
